Les McKeown first recognized recurring patterns of achieving sustainable growth during his 15 years as a serial entrepreneur, during which he was involved in the launch of over 40 businesses and not-for-profits. Later, as the co-founder of one of the world's first independent incubation businesses, Les realized that the patterns of 'early stage' success were intimately connected to second-stage and subsequent growth. Over time, he 'connected the dots' across the entire lifecycle of all organizations, naming it the 'Predictable Success Growth Model'.
The Predictable Success Growth Model has three main components:

With StarBlaze as your growth consultant, you'll not only find out which type of leader you are, but what other leadership types you need to develop and encourage in your organization.
OUR STRUCTURED PROGRAM APPROACH
Structured Programs follows tried-and-tested methodologies, customized for your business over a fixed period of 6 to 12 months. During this time, we walk steadily and alongside the leadership team through a customized program designed to implement a unique strategic action plan directly linked to the organizations' business growth objectives.
We facilitate a executive session every 6-8 weeks, where we discuss the latest applicable blueprints and theory-models and agree on a specific short team action plan to at least 2 key growth goals. During the 6 week implementation period, we support your implementation through online group coaching and mentoring, assuring appropriate execution accountability.
Clearly identify where you’re at, where you want to go, and who and what you’ll need to get there. You and your team will end the session confident in your leadership and ready to execute a clear plan for growth!
After the Diagnostic Session, we’ll use your customized action plan to step-by-step implement the right 3-4 strategies that will generate disproportionate returns, helping you create enormous momentum in just a few short months.
The executive team is supported with templates, methodologies and online group coaching to establish a sound built-in accountability process ensuring you complete the program and implement your growth roadmap.
